Covering more than 360 hectares, the parklands are just 5 minutes from the Sydney CBD and receive 10 million visits annually. There are many varied and diverse sporting and leisure opportunities across the parklands. The Park is the Running2London most frequented and most enjoyed training venue. We are a permanent fixture on Saturdays and Sundays. We make use of the grass fields, the dirt pathways, the runs take in the many ponds and lakes, at times under the canopy of over 160,000 trees across the parklands.Inner West Sydney Iron Cove Bay
Often referred to as ‘the Bay Run’ the Iron Cove circuit is just 5 kilometres west of the city and adjacent to the famous suburbs of Lilyfield, Balmain, and Rozelle and offers a 16 kilometre car-free circuit. You will find the Running2London squad training hard around ‘the Bay’ on weekdays, especially in the winter months as the circuit has good visibility and access to many hilly parks.The Victorian Highlands – Falls Creek

The Running2London squad organizes and attends two altitude training camps per year, usually pre and post Christmas as preparation camps for the European and/or domestic track seasons. We take advantage of the 60 kilometers of groomed cross country trails, walking trails, cycling and mountain biking tracks, all with amazing scenery.
Sydney’s Olympic Park Athletic Centre
The Sydney Olympic Park Athletic Centre accommodates a wide range of track and field and other sports. Built to Olympic and International Accredited Athletic Federation Standards, Sydney Olympic Park Athletic Centre is Sydney's main athletics venue, hosting important events such as the Sydney Track Classic and NSW champiopnships. The track was the warm up arena for the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games.The Running2London squad grinds out its readiness on the track at Homebush where the planning and final touch to race preparation is carried out.
